OUR MILESTONES
It has been a challenging journey for N-GRAVETEK as a CNC Machine Manufacturer.
In 2004, we were using refurbished 3-axis CNC Milling Engraving Machine for job work services. During that time there were very few CNC Machine Manufacturer in India. So looking at the market demand we thought of manufacturing small low budget 3-axis CNC Engraving Machine. This Engraving Machine was basically manufactured cater Indian 2D & 3D CNC engraving market.
In 2008, N-GRAVETEK was formed and our first 3-axis CNC Engraving Machine was introduced. Since then we have been manufacturing products as per varied application demands. Furthermore, we get feedback from our existing customers and try to keep on improving our products. Today in 2020, we feel proud to have 250+ installations all over India for our 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC Milling Engraving Machines.

2008 Year When It All Started
Started from a small rented apartment of 700 sq. ft. in heart of Nashik city
2012 - Manufacturing Unit Purchased In Nashik
Grown to a 10000 sq. ft. manufacturing unit located in industrial area of Satpur MIDC in Nashik.
2013 - Manufactured Our First 5-Axis Machine
In the year 2013 we manufactured our first ever 5-Axis CNC Milling And Engraving Machine. This is a 5 Axis trunnion tables CNC Milling Engraving Machine. Machine is suitable for machining complex shapes in a single setup.
This CNC Milling Machine is ideal for machining small aerospace components. However, it can also be used for jewelry and watch manufacturing in addition to common application like manufacturing turbine blades.
As a CNC Machine Manufacturer, we also provide end-to-end custom made solutions for a specific 5 axis application as per customer requirement.
2014 - PRECISION SERIES CNC Milling Machine
Engraving Machine which is fast, precise and can be used as a CNC Milling Machine for precise components machining. It is highly sturdy because of its cast iron foundry body.
This CNC Milling Machine is future future ready for 4th as well as 5th axis attachment. As a result this engraving machine can be used for machining with endless possibilities.
We offer this machine with different CNC Milling Machine controllers or Engraving Machine controllers. Similarly, we offer higher capacity spindle, automatic tool changer and rotary attachments as optional add-ons. In other words, you can customise and get what you want that suits your application and budget.
2015 - Manufactured Tire Side Wall Engraving Machine
Tire Sidewall Engraving Machine is manufactured for engraving letters, numbers, logos in 2D or 3D on tyre sidewall molds. Range of tyre sidewall molds diameters can vary from 300mm to 700mm.
This Engraving Machine is made up of cast iron foundry body. As a result, there are almost no vibrations. Therefore machine provides better surface finish and tool life.
2016 - ECO SERIES CNC micro milling cum engraving machine
ECO-SERIES CNC Engraving Machine is most economical yet powerful micro milling cum engraving machine in our product line. It is best suited for engravers and business owners looking for simple affordable engraving solution. Apart from being budget friendly, this series of CNC machines are sturdy, precise and fast.
This Engraving Machine is a standalone machine which comes with USB compatibility. Therefore, G-code file can directly be copied to the machine without requirement of PC.
Above all, this engraving machine is future ready for 4th axis attachment. Hence customer can get rotary attachment as and when required anytime in future after machine purchase.
2017 - Affordable PRO SERIES 3 Axis CNC Machine
Affordable 3 Axis CNC Machine for small components machining. Apart from being used for metal engraving this machine is as good as small milling machine.
This 3 Axis CNC Machine is compact and sturdy with good precision and surface finish. Hence production shops prefer this engraving machine because of small footprints.
In addition to smaller price tag, low power requirement makes it better option over standard VMC for small precise components machining. Also, using 4th axis rotary attachment and ATCs as optional add-ons, the possibility of machining are endless.
2018 - Tabletop DESKTOP SERIES Engraving Machine
Desktop CNC Engraving Machine is like a table top Mini CNC Mill. This Desktop CNC Engraver is suitable for micro or small milling, cutting, drilling, marking, carving, engraving operations in metals as well as non-metals.
Compact design of Desktop CNC Engraving machine is the most noteworthy feature. As a result, very less floor space required. Therefore it is suitable for CNC hobbyist, small machine shop or engraving business owner.
Moreover, this Desktop CNC Engraver is fitted with standalone DSP based programmable CNC controller. Therefore there is no need to connect to PC.
